Back in 2013, my wife and I found ourselves disappointed with our current cigar humidification system. As true cigar lovers, having enjoyed cigars daily we were familiar with the humidification requirements to keep our cigars at the perfect humidity, but there were very few choices on the market – and even more importantly – few that could deliver on the customer service that is incredibly lacking today. Recognizing that all the products we purchased over the years for our desktop and cabinet humidors were manufactured outside of the United States, my wife and I developed a plan to launch a cigar humidification company born in the USA that could make and do things better! This was the genesis of Joe Cool Cigar.
