Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

Shipping is always free at Joe Cool Cigar. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and U.S. territories.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Joe Cool Cigar ships only within the United States and U.S. territories.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Once your order has been shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. While carrier delays are outside of our direct control, we will never leave you without help. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost or has not moved through the postal system after 15 business days, we will do our best to make it right, including sending a replacement.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the package ships.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment to the corrected address. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.
